RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We are always keen to meet people who bring energy and passion to their careers and are always interested in exceptional candidates who can bring a different perspective to our business.

Denken consultants require strong technical and interpersonal skills and Denken has developed a well-tested process for finding the right people.

Submit Application
1. Submit application
We are looking for candidates to express why Denken Partners would be the right fit for them.
Online Test
2. On-line screening tests
Mechanical and problem solving aptitude tests. You cannot prepare for these tests and only need a knowledge of high school physics and maths.
Phone Interview
3. Brief phone interview
We want to give you the opportunity to express yourself and understand your ability beyond academic results.
Selection Day
4. Selection Day (1 full day based in Sydney)
Selection Days are held in Sydney and consist of group problem solving, individual analysis and presentation case studies and opportunities to speak with the Denken leadership team. As with the online testing, there is nothing you can do to prepare for a Selection Day.
Final Interview
5. Final Interview
A final interview with a Denken Director will give a successful applicant a chance to ask all the questions "you are not supposed to ask" and make sure there is the right fit between Denken and the candidate.
